Foundation share (how the money flows)
Three scenarios: on birthright.live we keep 18%-25% (POD orders we fulfill); on off-site orders where Birthright sent the visitor (?via= tag) we keep 5%-10% as a referral fee; on your direct customers we keep 0%. All foundation shares DECREASE the longer you commit. Every order shows the breakdown to the buyer.

What enrolling means
Enrolling creates your Vendor Partner account + AI Studio access. Every draft enters admin moderation before going live. You set list prices; Birthright adds shipping/checkout on top.
You agree to
- Sign the universal Partnership Agreement + Indemnification (one-time).
- Attest that list prices here match your own gallery / external store (no Birthright undercut).
- Comply with product moderation policy (no harmful, deceptive, or trademark-infringing goods).
You keep
- Your brand, your store, your customer relationships outside Birthright.
- 100% of the gross on off-site referrals (we don't touch the money).
- The option to pause or unlist products at any time.
