Community Steward

Moderate a specific Gather community. Volunteer role — not monetary — but core to keeping the space safe and warm. You set hours, escalate hard cases, and step back any time.

Independent contractor

You act as an independent contractor of Birthright Foundation. You set your own hours, methods, and business decisions; you are responsible for your own taxes and any licences your practice requires. This is not an employment relationship.
